Win32k.sysの更新 : Win32k.sys update in Windows: October 2015. 説明を読んでみると、タッチ ハードウェアの品質保証の確認を削除。またフォント関係の処理に関する更新のようです。現状では問題が起きていないので、保留としました。しかもWindows 8.1 , Windows Server 2012 R2 用の記載だけで、Windows 7に関する説明は一切ありません。
