Back in Potch after a nice weekend in East London at the S.A 21km Champs. It wasn't easy with the likes of Stephen Mokoka, Lushapo April, Gladwin Mzazi, Coolboy and the whole CGA crew. We really had a nice race and much respect to Lushapo and Stephen on a great run.
